Renting out your property.
Once your property is complete you may wish to use it for personal use or you may wish to rent it out. We have been very successful over the last few years renting our own properties in San Juan and with us living in Terreros we are able to give a complete service to other property owners too. GOLFSANJUAN.SL is a spanish legal registered business.

We understand that renting out your property to not only family and friends, but worldwide clients, can be a daunting and complicated prospect, but we believe business is built on trust and professionalism and that's how we like to do our business!

Our renting package gives you the peace of mind that your property is not only in safe hands at all times but is being cared for and looked after as though it was by you. It will be marketed truthfully and thoroughly in order to maximize the return on your investment.

Owners may advertise their property on other web sites or publications and direct the enquiries to There will be a 10% commission charge for each booking administered by us.

We provide directions and arrival instructions and issue rental terms and conditions to incoming clients.

Rentals go onto the availability calendars immediately so owners can see weeks free at any time.

Owners will be paid for rental booking at the end of each month after deductions for any property maintenance and Golfsanjuan booking fees. This can be in Pounds or Euros.

We will also arrange maintenance works tailored to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the job involved. Our free monthly property inspections (or at changeover) will let us know if any routine maintenance is needed, either on the property or on any appliances, we will then inform owners of any necessary costs involved.

Gardening, painting, decorating, and general repairs and will be priced accordingly.

Owners requirements

We will require two sets of keys.

1 set of bed linen per bed including protectors.

Please keep us updated regarding any bookings you make.

Please check that your property insurance allows you to rent your property and has public liability and theft included.

For the safety of your guests, we advise a first aid box, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
